didn't get to blog for the last few days of my trip because time was precious & internet was scarce.
spent those days getting in touch with my grandfather's side of the family. lots of relatives there too, all look a like and act the same. rode on scooters, ate turtle for dinner (i'm not proud), washed our bowls before every meal, avoided squat toilets, played cards at the back of the bus and realised i know more cantonese, than i think i do.
felt at home.
loved those days. i love my cousins. they live in a different country but still they know me best <3
back in sydney and i hate it :( so eager to travel and never stop.
i miss my cousins, and my porpor. and the aunts & uncles, with all their drama. i miss the busy HK lifestyle, and the crazy chinese driving.
overall; i'm glad for everything. i love who i am and where i've come from. wish i was more in touch. that's what i'ma aim for.
